Delete your FreeChess account
You can request deletion here even if you have uninstalled FreeChess or cannot open the app.
Request deletion by email
Email freechess.support@gmail.com with the subject “FreeChess account deletion”. Include the Google email address you used to sign in and, if you remember it, your FreeChess username. Do not send a password or sign-in code. We may ask you to verify that you own the account before deleting it.
If you still have the app
Open the More tab, then Account → Delete account, to delete your account directly.
What deletion removes
Your sign-in record, username, rating, profile, friends, device notification addresses and account backup are removed. Games you played can remain in opponents’ records with your account removed from them. If you voluntarily gave a reason for leaving, it can remain without your name, email or rating. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
Requests sent by email are completed within 30 days. Game moves kept in opponents' records and an anonymous reason for leaving stay without any link to your account.
